Cancellation Policy

Cancellation depends on order status, procurement stage and product type.

Before Confirmation

Inquiries and unconfirmed quotations may be cancelled without charge.

After Confirmation

Confirmed orders may be cancelled only before procurement, packing, dispatch or supplier commitment has started.

Special Orders

Special imports, made-to-order products, custom packing, controlled materials and non-stock procurement may be non-cancellable after buyer approval.

Refunds

Approved cancellation refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy and any supplier or payment deductions disclosed during quotation.
