Return & Refund Policy
This page explains how ALKEMIST handles returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds for chemical, laboratory and industrial supply orders.
Return Window
Eligible products may be reported for return within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be requested before the product is used, opened, contaminated, mixed, damaged or transferred from its original packing.
Return Method
Contact admin@alkemist.org or +92 301 9220000 with the order reference, product name, photos, batch or packing details and reason for return. Our team will confirm whether courier return, pickup, replacement or site review is suitable.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, opened chemicals, temperature-sensitive materials, hazardous goods, made-to-order procurement, customized packing, special imports, glassware damaged after delivery acceptance, and items without original labels or seals are not returnable unless a verified supply error occurred.
Return Fees
If the return is due to buyer error or change of requirement, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted. If ALKEMIST supplied the wrong product or a verified damaged item, replacement or refund handling will be reviewed without buyer-side return penalty.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 14 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds are issued through the original or mutually agreed payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock, safety status, product condition and supplier approval.
